SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms explain the text messages you may get from Brimio LLC, doing business as Phoenix Rise Energy ("Phoenix Rise Energy," "we," "us," or "our"). They go along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By agreeing to receive texts from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Our text message program

This messaging program is operated by Phoenix Rise Energy (Brimio LLC dba Phoenix Rise Energy). The program sends solar quote follow-ups, savings estimates, appointment reminders, and promotions. When you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, Phoenix Rise Energy may send you text messages about home solar. These texts can include your savings estimate and follow-ups about it, appointment reminders and confirmations, answers to questions you ask, and offers about solar from Phoenix Rise Energy. A real local advisor sends and reads these texts. This is not a call center.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

2. How to sign up (opt in)

You can sign up for our texts in either of these ways:

• By checking the box on our savings form. When you use our savings estimate tool and check the box that says we may call and text you, you are agreeing to receive texts at the phone number you entered.
• By texting us first. If we share a keyword, you can text that keyword to our number to start receiving messages.

We only text people who have agreed to hear from us. We keep a record of when and how you agreed.

3. Agreeing is not required to buy anything

You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to get your estimate or to buy anything from us. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can still get a free savings review without signing up for texts.

4. How often we text

Message frequency varies. How many texts you get depends on what you ask for and where you are in the process, such as getting your estimate, scheduling a visit, or asking a question.

5. Costs

We do not charge you for our texts, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile phone carrier, depending on your phone plan. Please check with your carrier if you are not sure about your plan.

6. How to stop texts (opt out)

You can stop our texts at any time. Just reply STOP to any text from us. We also accept these words: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you reply with one of these, we will send you one last message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop texting you. We keep your number on a do-not-text list so we do not text you again by mistake.

You can also opt out on the web. Visit our Do Not Contact page and enter your number to stop all calls and texts at once. A single opt-out is universal: it stops every channel, not just text messages.

7. How to get help

If you need help or have a question about our texts, reply HELP to any text from us, or email us at [email protected]. We are glad to help.

8. Carriers are not responsible for delays

Text messages depend on your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered. We cannot promise that every message will arrive or arrive on time.

9. Supported carriers

Our messages work with major United States mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their associated brands and smaller carriers. Carrier support can change over time, and we are not responsible if your carrier does not support our messages.

10. Privacy

We treat your phone number and your messages as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

11. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
